DIAGONAL CUSTOMER CARD
The Quality Customer Card of Diagonal Association indicates to the participants and - in general terms - all' user in its several territorial articulations, (customer-user of the result of the formative service, organisms publics with tasks of representation of the social requirements and tasks of financing of the formative system, clients, youngsters participants, etc.) what must attend from DIAGONAL in terms of formative offer, of rules of operation, participations of support, spaces of feasibility, initiatives finalized however to the attainment of the formative standards.
The document, therefore, is an action with which DIAGONAL is engaged to render the type of service that means to supply, with the precise indication of modality, times explicit, purpose and forms, from the point of view and the spirit of autonomy not only formal, but substantial.
For this and other reasons, the Customer Card cannot and it does not have to represent an ulterior paper document, but it must constitute the essential instrument through which DIAGONAL, realizing aware the goals that the context in which work it can render possible, can proceed in the direction of the optimal management of the resources available and in the overcoming of the bureaucratic ties that too much often slow down, when quite they do not hinder, the daily normal school distribution of the service.
